It is possible to reissue the the software key due to unavoidable circumstances (a PC failure or a PC format)?

If the software key becomes unavailable due to unavoidable circumstances (a PC failure or a PC format), we can reissue the software key.
Generally, it will be reissued within 1-2 business days.
*However, we cannot reissue the software key many times.

For software key based on Ticket ID

• DeviceXPlorer OPC Server Ver.6 or later
• DeviceXPlorer Data Logger Ver.3 or later
