The target product of this article is "DeviceXPlorer OPC Server Ver.5" (old version). Please be careful.
"Could not create a certificate via a proxy" is output when the preparation to start the OPC UA server is not enough or the certificate does not exist.
Please set up the OPC UA server environment and create a certificate by referring to following article.
