Cannot connect from OPC client.

There are some cases which DCOM setting is required for the connection between the OPC Client and OPC Server using OPC DA interface.

Applicable cases

• The case which connects to OPC Server which runnning as Windows Service
• The case which startup accounts of OPC Server and OPC Client are different.
• The case which connect to OPC Server installed on another computer (remote connection).
