News of telephone support window (covid-19 measures)


Reopening the telephone support window (May 22, 2020)

The telephone support window will reopen from May 26, 2020 (Tuesday),  following the cancellation of the Kyoto Prefecture declaration of emergency.

Please note that it may take some time for us to reply your request, as we will continue telecommuting system, giving priority to the control of infection damage inside and outside the company and ensuring the safety of employees. Also, please continue to use email or web forms.

Announcement of strengthening telecommuting system to prevent new coronavirus infection(April 13, 2020)

In response to the spread of the covid-19 infection, we will strengthen telecommuting to prioritize the prevention of internal and external infections and the safety of employees.

For this reason, we will suspend telephone support for technical and purchase inquiries from April 14, 2020 (Tuesday).

Please note that inquiries from e-mail, web forms and faxes will be accepted, but please be forewarned that it may take some time to reply. In particular, faxes replies are expected to take time.
