【For Ver.7】The settings are not reflected in operation

When the configuration tool and runtime are not connected, the settings are not reflected in the operation.

Check if the runtime is connected.

e.g. The tags set at the OPC server cannot be browsed when a client connects to the OPC server.

The tag is not displayed and the settings are not reflected on the client when a tag is created on the OPC server and browsed on the client(VcSample).
