It is possible to choose the bank transfer or the credit card for your payment. Please check here for details of payment method, and select a convenient way.
Quotation Request (Customer to Takebishi)
Please send e-mail to our inquiry desk (email@example.com) after filling in necessary matters on Quotation Sheet when you need quotation. Please proceed to step 5 if it is unnecessary.
Quotation (Takebishi to Customer)
The proforma invoice is issued by Takebishi. Then, please confirm a price, an amount, payment terms, and a delivery date that has been described.
Order (Customer to Takebishi)
Please send e-mail to our inquiry desk (firstname.lastname@example.org) after filling in necessary matters such as the mailing address and the delivery date on Order Sheet. (If you prefer to use credit card, we make inquiries to the card company.)
Payment (Customer to Takebishi)
Please make a bank transfer at the nearest financial institution to our bank account. (We hope the bank transfer fee is in the customer's charge.) Please proceed to step 7 when you use the credit card.
Product Delivery (Takebishi to Customer)
After a payment is confirmed, the product is sent out within five business days or less for a bank transfer. When you use a credit card, we get prepare for sending out after getting the approval from the card company. Please describe when ordering if you need quick supply or the delivery date is specified.
Commodities are sent out within three business days or less after received a order. If sending out will be delayed, we will report in advance. Also, please let us correspond as much as possible if you would like to expedite or specify the delivery date. Please feel free to contact us via e-mail (email@example.com) for a delivery date.

- We assume that it is an official order after we confirmed your payment, and will ship commodities.
- Please make payment within 10 days after sending a order form. If it passes 10 days or more with no bank transfer, your order might be cancelled.
- The bank transfer fee is at your expense.
It is possible to use for DC, VISA, and the Master card. We only accept payment in full. (A revolving payment etc. cannot be used.) Please let us confirm the card number and the expiration date when ordering. When spending limit is exceeded, we refuse using that credit card by the result of examination.

In the case of card payment, we may issue a receipt on your request. So please tell us when ordering. If your payment is a bank transfer, we will not issue a receipt from us. We assume that it will be your bank transfer receipt.
