    Please select dealer. You can purchase our product via our sales partner or directly from us.

  • Select Payment Method

    It is possible to select payment from the bank transfer or the credit card.
    Please check here for details of payment method, and select a convenient way.

  • Quotation Request (Customer to TAKEBISHI)

    Please send e-mail to our support desk ( after filling in necessary matters on Quotation Sheet when you need quotation.
    Please proceed to order step if it is unnecessary.

  • Quotation (TAKEBISHI to Customer)

    The proforma invoice is issued by TAKEBISHI. Then, please confirm a price, an amount, payment terms, and a delivery date that has been described.

  • Order (Customer to TAKEBISHI)

    Please send e-mail to our support desk ( after filling in necessary matters such as the mailing address and the delivery date on Order Sheet.

  • Payment (Customer to TAKEBISHI)

    In case of bank transfer, please make a bank transfer at the nearest financial institution to our bank account. We hope the bank transfer fee is in the customer's charge.
    In case of credit card, we wil send the credit card payment page to you, so please make the payment on that page.

  • Product Delivery (TAKEBISHI to Customer)

    After payment is confirmed, the product will be shipped within five business days by bank transfer.
    In case of credit card, we will get prepare for shipping after payment complete.
    If you need a quick supply or have a delivery date specified, please let us know when you place the order.

Delivery Date

The product will be shipped within 5 business days from your payment. If shipping will be delayed, we will inform you in advance.
If you want a short delivery time, we will do our best to accommodate you.

It is 9:00am to 5:00pm(JPN local timezone) from Monday to Friday except Japanese national holidays. Please see here about inquiries.


We must comply with export trade control of Japan. For this reason, we will ask you for the purpose of use (destination country, end user name, purpose of use) at the time of order. If these details are not clarified, we may not be possible to sell our products.

We ask for payment in advance for the first time.

You can pay by bank transfer or credit card, so please choose the convenient way.

Prior approval is required if you request payment due 30 days from the invoice date for future orders. Please note that the pre-screening process will take approximately 3 weeks. In order to proceed with the pre-screening, it is necessary to submit a “Business Transaction Application Form”. You can download it from the following page.

  • We assume that it is an official order after we confirmed your payment, and will ship commodities.
  • Please make payment within 10 days after sending a order form. If it passes 10 days or more with no bank transfer, your order might be cancelled.
  • The bank transfer fee is at your expense.

Credit Card

VISA, Master, JCB, AMEX, Diners and Discover card are usable. We only accept payment in full. (A revolving payment etc. cannot be used.)
We will send the credit card payment page to your e-mail address, so please make the payment there.
* The order will be accepted when the payment is completed.

Issue a recipt for card payment

In the case of card payment, we can issue a receipt upon your request. So please tell us when ordering.
If the case of bank transfer, we will not issue a receipt from us. We assume that it will be your bank transfer receipt.
