Quotation Request (Customer to TAKEBISHI)
If you would like a quotation, please send an e-mail to our support desk (email@example.com) after filling in the necessary information on the Quotation Sheet and we will contact you shortly.
If a quotation is not necessary, please proceed to the Order step.

A proforma invoice will be issued by TAKEBISHI. Please confirm a price, amount, payment terms, and delivery date as they appear on the invoice.

If paying by bank transfer, please make a bank transfer at the nearest financial institution to our bank account. The bank transfer fee will be the responsibility of the customer.
If paying by credit card, we will send the link to the credit card payment page to you, so please make the payment on that page.
Product Delivery (TAKEBISHI to Customer)
For bank transfers, the product will be shipped within five business days after the payment is confirmed.
For credit card payments, we will prepare for shipping as soon as the charge is processed.
If you need an express delivery or have a specific delivery date in mind, please let us know at the time of the order.
The product will be shipped within five business days from the time of payment. If shipping delays are expected, we will inform you in advance.
If you want an express delivery, we will do our best to accommodate you.

We are required to comply with export trade control of Japan. For this reason, we will ask you to provide information such as the purpose of use, destination country, and end user name at the time of order. If these details are not clarified, we may not be able to complete the sale of our products.

We do not accept returns or refunds after purchase. Please try the demo version and check the product information carefully before purchasing our products.

We ask for payment in advance for the first order.

For future orders, prior approval is required if you would like to request payment due 30 days from the invoice date. Please note that the pre-screening process will take approximately three weeks. - We will assume that an order is official after we have confirmed your payment, and will prepare to ship the products.
- Please make payment within 10 days after sending an order form. If 10 days or more pass with no bank transfer, your order may be cancelled.
- The bank transfer fee is the customer's expense.
We accept payment by VISA, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX, Diners and Discover card. We only accept payment in full. (Recurring payments etc. are not accepted.)
We will send the credit card payment page to your e-mail address, so please make the payment there.

Issue of recipt for credit card payments
In the case of credit card payments, we can issue a receipt upon your request. Please tell us when placing the order.
In the case of bank transfers, we will not issue a receipt, with the assumption that the bank transfer recipt will act as a suitable record.
