DeviceXPlorer OPC Server Ver.6.8.1 is released.

We released new version "Ver.6.8.1" of industrial communication software "DeviceXPlorer OPC Server".

In this version, various new functions have been added, specifications have been improved, and bugs have been fixed, so upgrading is recommended.

Main new features

• Support Windows 10 IoT Enterprise 2021 LTSC.

Main improvements

• Updated OpenSSL library version used in OPC UA server/client function from 1.1.1t to 3.0.14.
• Changed the specification in the case of identical devices (groups) to execute script in alphabetical order in the script function.
• Expanded the range of Unit ID which can be specified from 1-255 to 0-255 in the MODBUS Ethernet communication function.

Main bug fixes

• Fixed the problem where the application stops working when a string array data type tag is read in OPC UA communication.
• Fixed the issue when Block Access is enabled where the packet was not collected properly in the Melsec Ethernet communication function (Target Version: 6.4.0-6.8.0).
