DeviceXPlorer OPC Server Ver.7.3.2 is released.

We released new version "Ver.7.3.2" of industrial communication software "DeviceXPlorer OPC Server".

In this version, various new functions have been added, specifications have been improved, and bugs have been fixed, so upgrading is recommended.

Main New Features

• Support for writing bit position to AB tags for data types other than Bool type tags
• Support access of AB user defined String type tags

Main Improvements

• Changed the specification to display the total number of associated tags at the bottom of the screen when selecting devices or tags
• Changed the specification for when the client is disconnected, to allow new file creation or opening of other project files even when tags are in use (with Script, IoT Interface, etc.) 
• Changed the specification to allow selection of string arrays in the tag settings for structure templates

Main Bug Fixes

• Fixed the issue where global system tags "$Diagnosis", "$ClientCount", "$ClientErrors", "$GroupCount", "$GroupErrors", "$TagCount", and "$TagErrors" were not updated when Setting Tool and Runtime were not connected (Target Version: 7.3.0 - 7.3.1)
• Fixed the issue where Setting Tool operation was slowed when DeviceXPlorer OPC Server LicenseManager was not running
• Fixed the issue for cases where either OPC UA Server function was enabled, or tags with alarm settings were present, where stoppin the OPC UA Server function caused the application to stop running.(Target Version: 7.0.1-7.3.1)
• Fixed the issue for MonitoredItem tags where if the settings were changed from the OPC UA Client, Anonymous users became unable to write values from connected OPC UA Clients(Target Version: 7.0.1-7.3.1)
• Fixed the issue where changing a STRING type tag which had previously communicated to a BOOL tag caused the application to crash
• Fixed the issue where DNP3 Ethernet ports saved in Ver.7.3.1 failed to load (Target Version: 7.3.1)
• Fixed the issue where BACnet devices could not be created in ICONICS version. (Target Versions: 7.2.1 - 7.3.1 for ICONICS)
